    The PANRAN PR231 is powerful yet easy-to-use temperature calibrator that sources and measures 10 thermocouple types, and 7 RTD types, plus volts and ohms. It also measures mA while simultaneously supplying loop power to the transmitter. Use it to test and calibrate almost any temperature instrument, so you only need one tool to expertly test all the temperature sensors and transmitters in your plant.


    The PANRAN PR231 even handles high-speed pulsed RTD circuits and provides loop power. The dual-line measure/source display lets you source temperature and view loop current at the same time. And with its simple, "no menus” controls, you'll be able to get all your testing done faster. Whether you’re performing fast linearity tests using the 25% and 100% step functions, or performing a remote test using the auto step or auto ramp feature the PANRAN PR231 will help you get the job done.

    1. Temperature difference measurement with accuracy of 0.003 ° C

    PR231A calibrator measures the temperature difference between two points in space without other instruments. When the function is used, the four terminals of the source function be used as measurement terminals and the process of the temperature difference data acqusition can be completed within 0.4 Seconds, which effectively improves the accuracy of

    2.Standard temperature measurement

    3.Reference Junction Compensation

    The reference junction compensation methods of the PR231 series calibrator are very flexible and three methods are available, namely internal, external, and customized. The external reference junction adopts Grade A Pt100, and can input the certificate value for the reference junction data correction. When PR231 series calibrator is combined with PR1501 temperature equalization compensation module, a reference junction compensation error of less than 0.07°C can be obtained.

    Using the precision temperature control function, temperature closed-loop control of the constant temperature equipment can be realized instead of the high-precision PID controller.
